Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel your space on the app, or use the link in your booking confirmation. You must also cancel your space if you are on the waiting list.
Cancellations should be made as soon as possible to allow other members to book and can be made up to 1 hour prior to the class start time advertised as the booking system closes.

Photography and Videography policy
We occasionally take photos and videos during our classes for use in our WhatsApp community, on our website, and on social media. We understand that providing consent once may not be how you feel in each class, so we will offer reminders when taking photos and videos, and before publishing them.
Please complete our Photo and Video Consent Form to indicate whether you do or do not consent, you can withdraw consent at any time.
Alcohol and Drug Policy
Alcohol and any type of drug are not permitted in the studio, before or during classes and workshops. You must not consume any alcohol prior to attending classes. You must make the instructor aware of any medication that may have an impact on your ability to participate in the class or workshop safely.
Studio Privacy Policy
All bookings made through Kiss Gyms are subject to their privacy policy. Kiss Pole Studio will collect and securely store personal data received such as your name, email and mobile number for the sole purpose to manage bookings and contact members with regards to Kiss Pole Studio classes. This data will not be sold or shared to 3rd parties. .
