Secure entry pods with keypads to input a code to access the gym, 24 hours a day

Do I need a gym membership?

Kiss Gyms has a coded entry system and is open 24/7. For access to the studio you will need to purchase a Kiss Gyms membership or day pass.

Please note, OFF-PEAK hours will not allow access to the gym between 3:30pm to 8:30pm on weekdays, limiting the classes available to book on the off-peak membership.

What to do when I arrive?

When you arrive at the gym, make your way to the studio and wait outside for the instructor to let you in, they may still be setting up or running another class so if the doors are closed, please do not enter.

What happens if I’m running late?

Due to health & safety, if you are not present for the warm up, you will not be able to take part in the class. The studio doors will remain open until the class starts, but please aim to arrive 5 minutes early.

What should I wear?

If you’re wondering what to wear, skin helps us to grip to the pole. Shorts and a sports bra/vest top/T-shirt are ideal, but please wear anything you feel comfortable in. If you wear leggings, long sleeves etc. you may find that any moves requiring more skin to grip, more difficult or not possible, you will be supported with adaptions where appropriate. Heels are welcome.

Can I wear jewellery?

Please ensure you remove jewellery such as watches, bracelets, necklaces and rings as they can cause damage to the poles and can also cause injury. If you have jewellery that cannot be removed, such as welded bracelets, please ensure you cover these with something like a sweat band or bandage.

Can I use grip on the poles?

We currently allow any pole safe grip aids in class however, please ensure you frequently clean your pole with the cleaning products and cloths provided and ensure that you have removed all traces of grip from the pole at the end of your class.

Please note that you cannot use grip aids if you are using a silicone pole.
