
Pole Fitness Mixed Ability
This class ranges from the basics, up to intermediate level, so you do not need any experience to take part. You will learn to climb, do exciting spins and tricks, plus strength and conditioning exercises.

Pole Dance Mixed Ability
This class focuses on the dance element of pole, providing an opportunity to work on your fluidity, helping you transition smoothly from one move to another. You will learn skills such as balance, coordination and expression. Knee pads are advised, heels are optional. There will be a 5 minute interval within the class time to change into heels after the warm up.

Pole Splits
This class provides a variety of lower body stretches and conditioning focused on building the strength and flexibility required for achieving the splits. Knee pads are advised. Resistance bands, yoga mats and yoga blocks are provided.

Pole Open Practice
This session provides an opportunity to practice what you have learned. An instructor will be present to guide you through a warm up and cool down, but the class is not instructed so please ensure you’ve attended at least a few classes so that you have enough foundation knowledge to train safely. For additional safety, it is recommended to train in pairs if you require a spotter.

Pole 1-to-1 Private Session
An hour tailored entirely to you and your goals. Some people choose to start with a 1-to-1 to learn the basics before accessing group classes, others start with group classes and use 1-to-1 sessions for trouble shooting, extra practice, or to learn new skills!
